Low Carb Rib Rub (taken from here) and adapted to my own taste. Changes noted.
Anne’s Classic Rib Rub
2 TBS paprika (smoky preferred, but I used regular and it turned out great)
2 TBS Kosher salt (regular is ok)
3 TBS granular splenda
2 TBS brown sugar twin (I use Splenda brown sugar)
1 TBS cumin (I used 1 tsp and it was great)
2 tsp chili powder
1 TBS pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 TBS onion powder
1 TBS garlic powder
1 tsp oregano (I used dried)
I rubbed this on pork baby back ribs and it was absolutely divine, and so spicy! Yummmm! Enjoy!
WHOLE RECIPE TOTAL: 129 calories, 3.9g fat, 25.7 carbs, 5.3 protein, 7.2 fiber, 18.5 net carbs
PER 1/6th recipe: 21.5 calories, .65g fat, 4.3 carbs, .88 protein, 1.2 fiber, 3.1 Net Carbs
