Easy little trick I used this morning while melting chocolate for peppermint bark candy. It’s so much easier to use a wooden spoon when melting chocolate, but I was concerned that the chocolate would get inside of the grain of the spoon. And idea emerged from the recesses of my mind…..
Worked like a charm! (Sorry for the fuzzy photos–I need a skylight in my kitchen!)
